HOW TO FIND & ORDER PARTS

Selecting Parts

Open your Parts Manual (Illustrated Parts Diagram Manual) that came with your Manco (American SportWorks) Machine (Paper copy or .pdf computer file).

Step 1: Find within the Parts Manual the breakdown illustration area (diagram) that concerns the area for the part that you need.

In this example we are looking for a right front wheel part, the part that actually holds the wheel to the go-kart but we are not sure of the name for the part... yet!

Step 2: If using the electronic Parts Manual (.pdf file) we are going to magnify (or enlarge) the area of interest further. To do this, click on the magnifying glass icon on the top bar of the Adobe Acrobat browser window. Then take your mouse (hold down left button) and draw a box around the area you want to enlarge (for easier viewing especially on congested areas with many parts, lines and reference numbers).

In this example we magnified (or zoomed-in) the lower right corner of the above (Step-1) diagram, clearly found the part we need to be reference number 22

Step 3: Within the same Parts Manual, scroll to the Parts Listing (could be above or below the illustrated page you just viewed).

Step 4: Look for your referenced number in this listing (the reference number is NOT your part number but simply a referring number that matches the actual part number).

In this example we are looking for reference number 22, in which we find it to be Part# 13296-2 and it's called a Right Spindle

Step 5: Enter your Manco Part# in the Search Box located in the left hand column of site (Search Box is displayed on every site page!). After you type in your Part# simply click the Enter key on your computer keyboard (or click the Magnifying glass icon next to the input area).

In our example we type in: 13296-2 and click enter on our keyboard (or alternatively click the Magnifying glass icon)

Step 6: A string of search results will appear on this screen. (ie) If you typed in: 5005 for your part number it will display all parts with that number in it, like 5005-1, 50054 etc. Click on the correct part number you are seeking. If only one part is displayed then that is the only part that matched your search.

In our example our results were only one part: 13296-2 and we will click on it to advance to next screen

Step 7: This is the actual Part (item) listing page with price, description and picture (if available).

In our example we see our part: 13296-2 and we will click on the Add to Basket button (adds the item to our Shopping Cart )

Step 8: After clicking the Add to Cart button (prior step) you will actually be shown your Shopping Cart contents. You have the option here to change quantities or even delete items from your Shopping Cart. You can also exit site and come back another time/day and have the Shopping Cart remember your items for future shopping. This will occur only if you leave something in your Shopping Cart and don't check-out at that particular time.

In our example we keep the quantity (of our part# 13296-2) to the default 1 and we click the Checkout button (adds the item to our Shopping Cart)

Step 9: You may also check your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking on the (carrot-arrow) in the Shopping Cart box (displayed in the right column of every site page)

THE ORDER
PROCESS!

Step 10: Follow through the Checkout procedure (it is quite straight forward).

Type in your email and password in appropriate boxes, click continue and finish all the checkout steps until you see the Success Page!
-- If you don't have an account with us yet...
Click the Continue button (under the New Customer listing) fill in your information carefully and continue through until you see the Success Page!
