has anyone got any mods for the up draft carbs on the 8 hp ? or has anyone put a mikuni carb on one ?

I put a 25mm mikuni on a 8 hp Briggs, but it takes a little {flaxulation} around to get the jetting correct. The carb came of a old kawi. 80 2 stroke, so I had to go up quite a bit on the jet size, but I can't remember the exact size I settled at. I had a lot of problems at the start because I didn't think of blocking the oil injector port, I was always lean.
