New Addition... Rate a Topic

I Now have a "rate system" in place for a topic (located on the bottom of "most" topics) some forums I left it out on purpose like the Used Parts for Sale. That wouldn't be nice to rate those topics ;)

If you scroll down to the bottom of the topic (even this one) you will see the box where you can rate or view ratings. Again this is on most every topic!

I set the photo rating scale at 1-10 ....this topic rating I set to 1-5 ??? Any thoughts, I can make it 1 to whatever???

Went to 1-10 since there would be less confusion when a rating is displayed. (i.e.) photos rated at 7.5 and good posts only 5 at best? I thought the scale should be the same... if not let me know.
