I noticed that my front right tire is starting to wear down only in the center tread. Does anyone have any fix or suggestion for this? I am hoping to make the needed adjustments before it wears too much - tires aren't cheap....

Simple, deflate your tires more! center tread wear is better than left or right sided.

user: ORK is right on and...
you may want to check your alignment, it is usually a tie-rod linkage adjustment.

Camber, is the degree that the front tires point in or away from each other at the top. If the kingpin is away from center outwards its whats called positive camber. Negative camber is going inwards twords the inside of the kart. Caster is another one. Caster is the lean of the kingpin forwards or backwards. Forwards is negative and rearward lean is positive. More castor your kart will bite in the front. If it doesnt bite hard you might get whats called a push. I can go into a bunch of lingo that most of you wont understand but I realy think your problem is all air pressure! Decrease it! Problem solved. I would also suggest getting offroad more. Concrete will eat your tires up fast! Glenn
