Hammerhead GT 150

Howdy. I have the chance to buy a GT 150 VERY cheap. What do yall think of them? and what upgrades are the best for about 300 or so.

If this is the GY6 clone 150 go for it. Theres may upgrades you can get for them.

I am sure it is a clone. I am dumb when it comes to the gy6.
Whats a good site for the upgrades?

We carry some. Theres also buggy depot. I see there having some issues though.Or it just may be a few bad apples giving them crap. Very valuable guys on the site!! We are bringing in a container from China with alot of new goodies on it. Were hoping before x-mas. If you have a pic of the engine post it.

i would get it if i were you and i believe on those you can upgrade the cams, add a uni, torque pipe, rejet, possibly a mikuni carb, and others.

Awesome. well this is a band new kart. i will get a pic next time i go that way.
I have to sell my ole manco before i get to buy this one. lol hopefully it wont be long

K, I went ahead and let the cash flow from my acount to his. :( sad to see it go. But the GT 150 is THE BOOM!!!

K so first off, the tires arent NEAR big enough. So I am adding taller tires to the list.
I want to install a back up light.

What weight rollers are best? Or main question, what is on there now.(STOCK)

Also the parking brake dont work, so any ideas on why? Cable and all work, but something not working inside the housing.

Lets start there. Cause I got tons of Q's

haha...i had a twister...but i sold it and got a blade and have modded that a lot. but its all the same engine.

what are you interested in doing to ur twister?

Yeah if I ever found a deal, I would sell my twister. I have always wanted a Blade.
Well I am working with a local dealer trying to get parts.
