Drive Wheel Assembly for older Kart

Hi,
I'm trying to put together an older Manco Kart. I have the operator's manual with parts diagram. The Drive Wheel Asm. that I'm looking for is part #4371. This part is said to be obsolete. What do I do now?????

Any advice would be appreciated.
