New header menu being installed/tested

I am cleaning up the header and making a java style menu.

It is probably not going to work for a while until everything is squared away with the forum php

Once it's up and running to my satisfaction I'll take requests!

Yeah I always like the flash logo to but that's probably b/c I made it ;)

I'm trying to get a link menu in place that will give the ability to have a lot of options & links. If I did this in the (past) overall_header it would look polluted.

It's still pretty messy however PLUS I need to clean up the code quite a bit.

I'm going to add a mirror menu on the opposite side with pertained info for forum messages...
