Can't Start Twister blown fuses - battery drains

I have a 150 Twister and I seem to run through fuses all the time. They pop and I nothing works. I am also running through batteries quickly. Someone said the twister's had some trouble with loose wires that were popping the fuses and running down the batteries. Any suggestions on how to fix the no start, battery draw and popping fuse problem?
