Need help with 150cc Helix Go-Kart.

I put a new Carb on my 150cc Go-kart, runs good without the air cleaner but when i put it on it has a miss. I bought a new UNI filter and put it on and it started to miss when you give it gas. It does start and Idle fine. Any help well be awsome, thanks!
