Kindred, your kart looks just like mine.

KJ, don't know if it's me but when i use the Firefox web browser the images do not load on this page. When i use the Safari Web browser they load up no problems, like i said don't know if it's just me or a bug?

Hello everyone, how are you all doing?

I have purchased a used go kart but I have found that some parts need some replacing (particularly the rear axel, wheels and wheel bearings. Unfortunately I cant get a hold of a manual for it and I dont see any tags on the engine.

Here are several pictures of the go kart in question:

I just found this:

From a 2001 promotional

Sunkist is giving consumers the chance to "Ride the Rays" this summer in a Sunkist-branded go-cart or scooter. In June and July, consumers can instantly win the prizes by looking under specially marked closures of 2-liter or 3-liter Sunkist bottles or on game cards found inside 12-pack wraps of Sunkist.

I wonder how many they gave away...

Hi all, cool forum!

I recently picked up this orange Sunkist go-kart for my daughter. It has a 5hp Tecumseh with a torque converter.
I looked for the serial numbers, but they are worn off from in front of the seat... Can anyone tell me anything about this model?

I found this picture, but couldn't find any additional info about the kart.

Recently purchased an older Manco two seater which has "Model No. 485-05." Which one of the "485" models is the best match?

anyone ID this model name or number?

Postby cburchfield72 » Fri Jul 16, 2010 4:08 am

I bought this and need to order a few parts but i need the model number to ensure i download the correct parts manual. looks like 485/486 to me but there are like 10 sub models. any opinions. pictures are in my gallery because i can figure for the life of me how to post them in this thread. the model sticker on the frame is worn so i cannot see any numbers on it.

additional details.

Manco Kart

Postby xtotek » Mon Jul 26, 2010 8:55 am

Hi all,

Newb to the kart scene and to this website. I have a Manco kart that reads 616B-09 as the model number. Don't have any pics as of yet but I will soon. It's a blue two seater with a 6.5 Subaru motor on the back. It currently doesn't go anywhere because it seems the drive belt snapped. I ordered a new one with the part #5959 but it looks a little wide. I found the part number on this diagram:

http://www.tricountysupply.com/pdfs/IPL ... 3325R4.pdf

Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Danny N

hellos. im another new person to this site. i just recently bought a manco kart but i dont know what kind it is. the numbers on the sticker said 1606406. and im haveing trouble putting the drive wheel together, the kart came in pieces and this is the only thing that im stumped on. the break drum bolts to this hub looking thing then the sprocket bolts to that, so its one hole piece but it has a bracket that has 3 holes in it that doesnt match and their is no way to bolt it to the wheel. please help, pics or a diagram. or any place to buy a hole new unit. thanks.

Hey all, I've had this Manco for a long time, but I've never known what it is. I know it's missing a rollbar, the thing was barely hanging on when i got it, and a roll when I was 11 or 12 took it the rest of the way off. Any help in identifying it would be greatly appreciated. Almost forgot, the only number I can find on it is a seven digit serial.

Image This one's from the teardown and one of the few pics that shows the floorplate design clearly.
