Need info please

Hey....guys and gals,
I just bought a cart for my daughter to have for her birthday coming up....it has a 5 hp Tecumseh motor that blowers oil out the tube on the valve cover but don't smoke and the clutch don't pull that great it has a jackshaft with two chains.....I just ordered a torque converter kit and in the process of getting a preditor 212 motor.....need help with model and year of make.....model # 415-391D and serial#1828529.....this info would help alot with getting it ready for her ...she will be turning 10
