Awesome step-up from an entry level Cart with an Age range 8-12 years makes this Ken-Bar model (D-655) appropriately named the Maverick. The baked-on polyurethane powder coat red finish has an adjustable double seat that slides back & forth to fit smaller to mid size youths comfortably. A dependable and powerful Tecumseh 6hp engine with a Centrifugal Automatic Clutch (no shifting) and a single wheel drive system for tight cornering with no "scrub" effect round out some the features (see more below!). Warranty & Parts Go-Cart Parts Ken-bar Manufacturing warrants to the original purchaser of its Go-Karts or Mini-bike, that if any part or parts (except engine) prove to be defective in materials and/or workmanship within 90 days. Bearing, wheel hubs, rims, chains, tie rod ends, steering spindles, throttle and brake pedals, brake drums and brake bands. No warranty on belts, clutches, throttle cables, worn out tires, and bent axles. One year warranty on frame breakage. Wrecked or abused, no warranty. Phone Ken-bar Mfg. for authorization to do the repair work. Retail customer must pay freight charge on parts to our plant and return. This warranty does not apply to any part, which is of the opinion of Ken-bar Mfg. Co., that rendered defective due to improper maintenance, improper assemble, alterations, abuse, negligence or accident. Warranty registration cards must be returned to Ken-bar. We will not honor a claim unless the card is mail to us within 10 days of purchase of Kart or Mini-Bike.
