Q: Can I get different colors? A: Not right now, all we could acquire currently was red. You can paint them of course

Q: What is the bearing that fits inside? A: Promo uses a bushing (inserted in the 4-bolt pattern) which then holds the bearing in place.We also have the bushing and bearings in stock (see other listings for these parts)

Q: What size axle will it take? A: The Promo bushing (sold separately, please see other listing) can hold the standard 3/4in or 1in for rear live axles (also sold separately, see other listing)

Q: How can I tell what brand Model-T I have? A: There is a tag or sticker usually on the unit. Some units may have had this removed, painted over or taken off. Your matching of some Internet found pictures may help identify your brand Kart. You can additionally take a few pictures of your unit and post them in the Go-Kart Forum (located within this site) for possible identification by other Forum members (this is a free service, we encourage Forum usage for good knowledgeable answers and its a fun-friendly place!).

Q: Will this fit my Model-T? A: We only guarantee its fit on Promo brand built Model-T Karts, there are many off-brand Model-Ts that it may additionally fit

Q: What if it looks like my exact wheel, can I use it? A: Yes, it does fit many other Model-T trucks or can be made to fit with altercation (fabrication)

Q: How can I make sure it fits my (other brand) Model-T? A: You cant be sure unless you use the above specs and it fits your application (or you can make fit by fabrication etc.)

Q: Can I call or email you to find out if it will fit my brand Kart? A: You can but you would be wasting your time. We simply don't know, there are way to many off brands through the years that made these Karts and most have not been in business for quite awhile. Q: Can I return it if it doesnt fit my (other brand) Model-T? A: Yes, but a 20% restocking fee applies, item must be in brand new resellable condition. You are responsible for all return shipping.

Q: Explain this restocking fee more? A: With our online (the more you buy, the cheaper shipping) grid system, you have free shipping basically on 2 or more rims. This is a very high speculation part where we would incur more returns than profit from the sale (yes we, [thats our store] actually do have to pay the shipping costs for you even though it states Free shipping).
